East Los Angeles Occupational Center main campus (2100 Marengo St.) is excited to offer summer classes from June 22 through July 24, 2026! With a variety of courses available in both the morning and evening on weekdays, there’s something for everyone looking to learn, grow, and stay engaged this summer. Our summer enrichment program offers the perfect opportunity in a flexible, welcoming environment. Enrollment is still open! Join us and make the most of your summer at ELAOC.

Are you interested in a career as a Pharmacy Technician? ELAOC's Pharmacy Tech Instructor, Ms. Meeru Sharma, and Program Director, Ms. Jaya George, will host a program orientation sessions on July 21, 2026, via Zoom from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, and July 30, from 6 PM - 7PM. Come and learn about the requirements and possibilities. Orientation starts promptly at 6:30 pm. Please be on time.

ELAOC is offering English (ESL) classes this summer with morning and evening options. Our teachers can help you improve your English for work, school, or everyday life. "The Hub" as a space for all Allied Health students to get additional support and resources to be successful in their Allied Health class... and in their new careers!

Our first workshop series at "The Hub" is dedicated to preparing students for the Allied Health Hiring Event at the Skills Center on May 21st. Every Wednesday starting April 29th until the end of the school year, we'll be hosting workshops to help students find their professional "superpowers," prepare their resumes, and even do a Mock Hiring Event so they feel ready to meet the employers.
